I had a renovation project (floors, stairs, painting, fireplace) with Ben & Britt, where I primarily worked with design lead Sheri. The team handled both the design, and project management aspects of the renovation. The design was fantastic and working with Sheri was easy - she will both conform to your preferences but also let you know (politely!) when she thinks something might be a mistake. Her guidance was crucial to the final project choices. As far as the renovation itself went, the entire team went out of their way to make the actual renovation process as easy as possible for me. Sheri double-checked everything as the process was going on, and caught things that I might have missed. The thing that I appreciated most was the great communication and honesty of the team. They were honest about how choices would impact the budget, and there were NO surprises at the end of the project. They even managed to save some money on certain aspects and pass that along.
